I was asked by Kicksend to redesign their homepage page and logo. The typeface used in the logo design is Appetite by Dzianis Serabrakou. I then heavily customised the letter K to create the 'flaming' logo icon. The guys at Kicksend send wanted a design that quickly communicated the benefits of using Kicksend. They also needed a bold design with a strong visual impact. The marketing page is also responsive for the viewing pleasure of those on mobile devices.

I was asked by San Francisco based GiftRocket to completely redesign their brand/logo, website and mobile site. The aim was to create a fun and enticing website design without compromising the user experieince. With the mobile site I focused on making the user experince as simple as possible. This meant really focusing on the user's journey of buying a gift on their phone. I wrote a post that goes into a bit more detail about the thinking behind this design.

I was hired by Ian Kono and Benjamin Gilbert to design Zero. Zero is a super simple task management app for the iPhone. When Ian and Ben came to me, we talked at length about what we wanted from a task app. It had to be easy to add tasks, have the ability to add notes, add reminders and sync with iCal. This is exactly what it does and itβs really quick and easy to do.

I was asked by Swiss based web agency Amazee Labs to design their new identity and website. They are a small, friendly and forward thinking agency that specialise in building online community solutions. Amazee supplied me with wireframes for the project but I was given almost total creative control. The design features a number of hand drawn illustrations and typography. It was a brilliant project to work on and I'm really happy with the outcome.

Designing Email Newsletters can be difficult. Not many all of the modern web technologies we're used to are available when it comes to newsletter design. Needless to say, this results in some pretty uninspiring newletter designs. Campaign Monitor & MailChimp asked myself and a bunch of other designers to design some newsletter templates for them. The templates shown with MailChimp written on them were for MailChimp and the other two for Campaign Monitor.

This was my first ever website. I was in a band called Our Great Adventure with my brother Tony and decided to have a go at building us a website. This was before I learnt HTML & CSS, hence why it's built using tables. I did some fun stuff using animated gifs. Basic technology, but you can still make it do cool things.

I was recently commissioned by The Campaign Palace / Berocca to create these bus stand poster designs for Berocca Twist 'n' Go. The posters have been rolled out across Australia. It was great to have the chance and do some illustration for print. It's weird, even though posters at a bus stand don't have the same reach as the web, there's something strangely satisfying about having your work in print like that. Not sure why but it feels good!

Olly Hite asked me to design his debut album sleeve. The design was inspired by a dusty old book of fairytales you might find in your loft. The book texture used on the outer sleeve was created by scanning in a 103 years old copy of The Curiosity Shop by Charles Dickens. I also designed and built Olly's website.
